What kind of rooms do you have?

We are a hostel that has different room categories:

• Bunk beds in the shared area for 1 person.

• Bunk beds in a shared area for 2 people.

• Cabins (private beds with shared bathroom area).

• Private rooms with private bathroom.


Do the rooms include breakfast?

Breakfast can be purchased at the time of booking or you can book without it and purchase it once you arrive at the hostel


What are the front desk hours?

The reception is open from 7 am to 11 pm.


What time is check-in and check-out?

Check – in at 3:00 pm

Check – out at 12:00 pm 


Is there parking available?

At the time, we do not have parking available


Do you have any schedule to be able to extend if I want to stay more days?

Yes, if you want to extend your stay, you have to notify the reception area before 12 noon, otherwise it would be subject to availability.


As a guest, is there a time when you can no longer access the facilities when you leave?

No, we have 24-hour security personnel who provide access once the hours of operation are over.


Is there a luggage storage area?

We have a small area where you can leave your luggage while the room is delivered, considering the time for check-in.


Are children allowed on the property ?

No, the hostel is for people over 18 years old.


Is it Pet Friendly?

Pets are not accepted in the rooms, but in the common areas such as the restaurants they are welcome


Are there lockers?

The bunk beds in shared areas have small lockers that have the facility to place your own lock or you can buy or rent one at the hostel reception.

The rest of the rooms (cabins and private rooms) are areas that are not shared, so only the guest has access to their bed or room.


The rooms have air conditioning?

Yes, but it is general, it is regulated at a standard temperature of 24 ° so it is not possible to manipulate it.


Can I cancel my reservation without penalty?

This depends on the cancellation policies through the platform through which you made your reservation
